We have had many problems with our house and every time Jacqui has come to our rescue.  She has always coordinated our repairs with reputable service  people from her many contacts, made sure that the pricing was right, and followed up to continue to help with the maintenance of our home. She is a calming and incredibly knowledgeable on every aspect of home repairs.  When she is involved, I can sit back and relax because I know she will take good care of us. Jacqui Knapp is a force to be reckoned with!  Don't know how we'd survive without her.
